-Canada Posts Expedited Parcel is next day for customers located in the greater Vancouver area, 2 days for within BC and up to 4 days for Western Canadian Provinces. All orders going to eastern Canada can expect 5 to 6 business days for delivery.
Please note that for customers located in rural areas, express shipping times may be longer. These time frames are not guaranteed, as weather and mail volume can affect delivery.
All of our kratom is packaged in sealed, non-see through bags to make sure it is safe from contaminants and unaffected by UV light. Depending on the size of your order, we will ship out your order in bubble mailers or boxes. All of the information on the Shipping label is discreet and there is no mention of Kratom on orders shipped within Canada.

If you have entered in a wrong address, or need to make a change, please contact customer service as soon as possible. We will need to know your Name as well as your order number and correct address in order to process a change of address request with the shipping carrier. The sooner we have this information the better. If we can get this information before your order ships, there will not be any delays on your delivery date.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will be sent an email notification giving you all the details as well as a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to be updated before contacting us about stuck or not updated locations listed on the tracking information.
We offer same day shipping on orders that are placed and paid for before our daily shipping cut off time of 12:00 pm Pacific Standard Time. Our shipping department processes and ships out orders Monday to Friday. If you happen to miss the shipping cut off, or if you place an order on the weekend, your order will be processed and shipped out the following business day. Please also take into consideration National and Provincial Holidays as shipping carriers are not open to collect packages.
